After completing a degree in Business Economics at the University of Amsterdam, Sarah van Dijk began her career in strategic planning and operations within the agricultural and food-production sector. Growing up in a family closely connected to horticulture and land management, Sarah developed a strong interest in sustainable farming practices from an early age.

Managing Director Michael van Dijk

Michael van Dijk studied Agricultural Science and Innovation at the University of Amsterdam, where he developed a strong foundation in plant science, controlled-environment agriculture, and emerging technologies in modern farming.

Farm Operations Manager Andrew Collins

With a background in Agricultural Management and over 18 years of hands-on experience in commercial farming, Andrew oversees the day-to-day operations of our growing facilities. His expertise spans crop planning, logistics, workforce coordination, and sustainable farming practices. Andrew plays a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, high production standards, and the smooth delivery of quality products across our farm sites.

Human Resources Manager Rebecca Thompson

Holding a degree in Human Resource Management and over 15 years of experience in workforce development, Rebecca leads our people and culture strategy. She specializes in recruitment, compliance, staff welfare, and performance management within large-scale agricultural environments. Rebecca is committed to building a supportive, diverse, and productive workplace that enables our teams to thrive and grow alongside the business.

Head of Greenhouse Production James Peterson

With formal training in Horticultural Science and more than 20 years of experience in controlled-environment agriculture, James heads our greenhouse production operations. His expertise includes climate control, crop optimisation, pest management, and yield improvement. James focuses on innovation, quality assurance, and sustainable growing methods to ensure consistent, high-quality flower production year-round.
